UNTITLED
occasionally, without majestic
refinement
I feel good,
my metronome heals itself
internalize joy with glee
splashing fits of circulation
I try to adore less
imbibe less drive
less chemical
wheels
still, madness likes to
bring me flowers
I’ve always seen
a brightness in leftovers.

I love the line, my metronome heals itself
this is very interesting, very honest
but if the metronome heals itself, why does the poet have to "try to adore less"... etc.?
and by the way, I really like those lines... "I try to adore less/imbibe less drive/less chemical" (very good)
and I like, "still, madness likes to/bring me flowers"... I think I'd end the poem there.
thanks so much for this
